As the Founder and CEO of Modern Talent USA, I lead a promotional staffing agency dedicated to providing exceptional brand support and consumer engagement across the Midwest. With almost 20 years in the promotions industry, I leverage my expertise in event management, marketing communications, and talent recruitment to ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality talent and impactful experiences for brands and their audiences.

I founded Modern Talent in 2013 after eight years of managing operations and leading a team of over 120 promo models as the MN/ND/SD state supervisor for All-State Promotions. Since then, I’ve grown Modern Talent to serve a diverse range of brands across both major and smaller markets. With a focus on professionalism, reliability, and seamless event logistics, we deliver tailored solutions that drive brand visibility and leave lasting impressions.

Passionate about building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and distributors, I take pride in our team’s work ethic and commitment to quality. My goal is to bring a fresh, innovative approach to promotional staffing, creating memorable, meaningful interactions between brands and their audiences.
